1 bag rotelli pasta or decorative pasta
1 jar of sun dried tomatoes in olive oil, diced
red onion, chopped
cup pine nuts
Feta cheese
Salt and pepper
1 bunch fresh arrugula lettuce, washed and cut

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta until done. Drain and put into a bowl. Add lettuce. Mix the next 5 ingredients in a separate bowl. Toss dressing with salad.

I ate this salad at a restaurant one night and it was delicious! So I have created my own version and served it to a large group at our new house. It was a hit!
