3/4 C Sugar

1 T Corn Starch
1/4 t Salt
1 1/2 C Milk
1 Egg
1 T Butter, soften

Directions:
Mix the first 8 ingredients with a mixer. Then microwave for 30 minutes at a time, taking out and using a mixer to mix well each time. Do this until it becomes very thick and so you won't have white chunks from the egg. It will take around 3-4 minutes. Then add Vanilla, mix well and pour into a shortbread or graham cracker crust. Let set and cool. I put homemade whip topping or you can use cool whip.
