1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. lean ground turkey
3 (15oz.) cans back beans, undrained
1( 14.5 oz )can diced tomatoes
1 1/2 T. chili powder
1 T. dried oregano
1 T. dried basil leaves
1 T. red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large heavy pot over medium heat, cook onion and garlic in a little olive oil until translucent. Introduce turkey and cook, stirring until meat is brown. Stir in undrained beans, tomatoes, chili powder, oregano, basil and vinegar. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 60 min.
