2 c flour
1 1/2 c sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 15 oz can fruit cocktail
2 eggs
1 small can evaporated milk

Topping:
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c coconut
1/2 c chopped pecans

Icing:
1 stick butter
1 c sugar
1 small can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Sift flour, sugar and baking soda into large bowl. Add fruit cocktail, eggs and 1 can of evaporated milk. Pour into ungreased pan. Mix brown sugar, coconut and pecans together and sprinkle over cake batter. Bake for 45 minutes. Right before cake is finished, mix butter, sugar and other can of evaporated milk and bring to a boil. Remove cake from oven and pour this mixture evenly over top of cake.
