1 lb frozen posole
2 lb pork loin
1/4 lb salt pork
1 yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
1 pt frozen green chili - chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pork loin and salt pork into 1/2 in cubes and place in a 4 qt crock pot on high. Add posole, green chili, diced garlic and chopped onion. Add water to fill crock pot. Cook on high for 6 hours.
