5 lb. chicken sectioned
1/4 c. olive oil
3/4 c. onions
1green pepper
1 garlic clove
1 12 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
3/4 c. red wine
1/4 lb. mushrooms
1 c. peeled tomatos

Wash and dry chicken, heat oil in skillet and brown the chicken. Add onion, green peppers, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. Cook 10 min. Mix in tomatos and wine, cover and simmer 30 min. Add mushrooms, recover 15 min. more.
