12 chili pods - remove seeds & stems 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp flour salt garlic salt
Wash chili pods and roast in oven (5-10 min) or microwave (1 min). Place chili pods in blender and add water until 3/4 full. Puree until smooth. In a frying pan, add oil and flour and brown. When brown, add chili, salt and garlic salt and cook until all ingredients are cooked through. Chill and serve.
