1 box German Chocolate cake mix
1 14 oz. pkg. caramels
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter
6 large Snickers bars
1c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Icing:
1 c. sugar
6 T. butter
6 T. milk
1 c. choc. chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake batter according to directions.
Pour half of batter into 13x9-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
Melt caramels, milk and butter. Pour over hot cake.
Slice Snickers bars thinly and space evenly over cake. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecans.
Pour remaining batter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min. Let cool in pan.
To prepare icing, melt sugar, margarine and milk in saucepan. Boil 1 min.
Stir in chocolate chips. Ice cooled cake.
