2 1/4 c sugar
1 c oil
3 c zucchini, shredded
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tsp vanilla
3 tsp cinnamon
3 c flour
1 c nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour two regular loaf pans. Add all ingredients except flour and nuts in large bowl and beat at medium speed until well mixed. Add flour and nuts and pour into prepared loaf pans. Bake at 325º for 1 hour. Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
