1 lb. asparagus trimmed
1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
1 sweet onion preferabley Vidalia
2 T. olive oil
1 tsp. salt divided
1/2 lb. fusilli
1/2 c. diced cooked ham
Lemon juice
pine nuts
3 T. basil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 500. Cook pasta.
In a bowl combine asparagus, bell pepper and onion. Toss with 1 T. olive oil and 1/2 tsp salt. Transfer veggies to a roasting pan and roast until tender 10 min. Return to bowl. Toss veggies with remaining oil and salt. Add ham, lemon juice, basil and pepper. Garnish with pine nuts.
