Double Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

1 1/2 c. finely crushed chocolate wafers
1/3 c. butter, melted
3 - 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
4 squares (4oz.) semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled
2 T. all purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1/4 c. milk

For crust, stir together crushed wafers and butter. Press mixture evenly over the bottom and 1 3/4 inches up sides of a 9 spring form pan. Place the spring form pan in a shallow baking pan that has about 1/4 of water in the bottom.
For filling, in a large mixer bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, the 4 squares melted chocolate, flour and vanilla till well mixed. Add eggs all at once, then beat with an electric mixer on low speed just till mixed. Do not over beat. Stir in Milk. Pour filling into the crust.
Bake in 350 oven about 45 minutes or till center appears nearly set when gently shaken. Cool on a wire rack 5 to 10 minutes. Loosen sides of cheesecake from pan. Cool 30 minutes. Remove sides of pan. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours.
