1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten

4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together the first 5 ingredients. Then add the rest of them and mix. Roll into balls, coat in sugar, and flatten with a glass. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
