2 cups flour
tsp salt
cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter, softened
Filling:
4 eggs, beaten
cup lemon juice (of one lemon)
Rind of one lemon
2 cups sugar
cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first 4 ingredients. Press into bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Mix ingredients for filling. While crust is still hot, pour filling mixture over top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm.
