1 Box Rice A Roni (Spanish Rice)
1 Can of Rotel Chunky(Original)
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Onion
1 Pound of Chicken Breast(Thawed)
1 Tbsp. Butter

Directions:

Preparation:
Cut Bell Pepper and Onion into small pieces.
Chop the chicken into small cubes .
In large sauce pan follow the directions on the box
of rice. Brown the rice with the butter until golden
brown.

In the skillet add a little oil and brown the chicken.
Then add the onion and bell pepper and sautet.

Once the chicken is browned, add the rotel, seasoning pack, and water along with the chicken, bell pepper and the onion to the sauce pan. Follow the directions with the rice box.

You can add some tortillias torn into pieces and mix in and some shredded cheese to the top and bake at 400º uncovered for about 15 minutes or until the cheese melts to make more like a casserole.

Then Enjoy!!!!!

This is a little time consuming, with all of the steps, but is well worth the wait. It is a little on the spicy side, so not recommened for wimps!!!!
