2 Flour Tortillas
Eyeball enough Pepper Jack Cheese
Eyeball enough shredded Mexican Cheese
Eyeball enough ground sirloin (spiced) or Chicken
Jalapeno Mustard
Lots of Guac
Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Spread Jalapeno mustard on one side of both Tortillas. Spread as much beef or chicken as desired to one tortilla. Lay strips of Pepper Jack cheese down. Sprinkle shredded cheese over. Cover with second tortilla. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees untill golden brown and crispy.

This one hits the hungry man target right in the kisser every time. Seems a little wierd to bake this one when the microwave is right there, but trust me, you will want that crispiness. Looking at you pal!
