1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream the cheese so it's soft. Add butter and mix well. Add the egg and vanilla. Then add the cake mix. Roll into balls and then roll in powdered sugar to coat. Bake at 325º for 10 - 15 minutes. The softer the better.
