1 c. margarine
3 c. sugar
2 eggs
15oz. pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
5 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg



Frosting:
8oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 lb. powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar together; add eggs. Then add pumpkin and vanilla. Combine all dry ingredients and add to mixture. Bake at 375º for 12 minutes. Mix frosting ingredients together and spread over cooled cookies.
