1 cup sugar
1 cup raw peanuts
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Spray shortening on dish, cookie sheet, and utensils.
In deep glass dish, stir, and cook the sugar and peanuts,
Add syrup and cook for 4 minutes on full power.
Add the butter vanilla and salt. Stir and cook 1 minute and 15 seconds on full power. Add the baking soda. Stir and turn out on cookie sheet.
Let cool. Break into pieces. Store in a container in a cool, dry place.
