2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup butter
½ teaspoon salt
3 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
3 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 package (7.8 ounces) Bits ‘o Brickle bits
Additional granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, expect additional sugar, in order given.
Roll into small (walnut-sized) balls. Place on greased cookie
sheets. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in granulated
sugar. Bake at 350°until light brown, 10-12 minutes.
