2 lbs plum tomatoes
3 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons garlic, crushed
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup olive oil
1 Teaspoon garlic salt
3 Tablespoons fresh basil
3 cups mozzarella cheese
Italian or French bread, sliced (˝ inch) and toasted

Directions:

Mix ingredients together and put on toasted bread.
Bake 350° for 30 - 40 minutes
