2 tenderloins (about 12 oz each)
2 cloves garlic - minced
2 t chopped rosemary (dried)
1/4 c olive oil
1 14 oz can of whole cranberry sauce
2-3 T prepared horseradish
2 T Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper

Directions:
Marinade: mix garlic, rosemary, olive oil in a small bowl. Place the pork tenderloins into a ziploc bag or small glass dish. Add marinade and toss to coat. Seal bag (or cover dish) and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.

Spicy Cranberry Relish: Place cranberry sauce, horseradish, and worcestershire sauce into a small sauce pan and heat on low medium heat. Stir to blend and meld flavors. Serve warm.

Heat broiler or grill to medium-high heat. Remove tenderloins from marinade and place on grill or broiler rack. Broil/grill for 20-30 min or to medium doneness (slightly pink) or to 140 degrees, turning every 10 min to brown all sides. Remove and let rest for 10 min. Slice each tenderloin into 1/2 in slices.

Serve with Spicy Cranberry Relish
