2 1/4 c. brown sugar (1 lb. box)
1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, melt butter. Add sugar and syrup and bring almost to a boil. Add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until at soft ball stage. Pour over unseasoned popcorn. Stir well. MAKES A TON!!!

This caramel is also great for dipping apples in or as a topping for cakes, ice cream, pie, apple crisp, etc. Unused portion can be refrigerated and saved for later use. I’ve kept it in my fridge for up to a month with no problems.
