1 pkg. (1 T.) yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
2 3/4 - 3 c. flour


Filling:
1 c. coconut and/or chopped pecans
2 T. grated orange rind
3/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Soften yeast in water in mixing bowl. Stir in 1/4 c. sugar, salt, eggs, sour cream and 6 T. butter. Gradually add flour to form stiff dough, beating well after each addition of flour. Cover and let rise till dough doubles in size (about 2 hours). Combine 3/4 c. sugar, coconut (or pecans) and orange rind. Knead dough on floured surface about 15 times. Roll out half of dough to a 12 “ circle. Brush with 1 T. melted butter. Sprinkle with half of coconut (or nuts) mixture and cut into 12 wedges. Roll up from wide edge to point. Repeat. Place rolls, point down in three rows in a greased 9"x13" pan. Cover, let rise till double, about 1 hour. Bake at 350º for 25 - 30 minutes. Leave in pan and glaze while hot. Sprinkle with 1/4 c. coconut (or nuts).

Orange Glaze:
In saucepan combine: 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. sour cream, 2 T. orange juice, and 1/4 c. butter. Bring to a boil and let boil for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
