1 pkg stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg lipton onion soup mix
1 medium onion sliced
Sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse beef, add ingredients all together and mix up; put in a covered baking dish and cook for 3 hours at 300 or 280 if your oven runs hot. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles.

This is super easy and really good!! Brent likes it best over noodles. I cook it in a crock pot instead of the oven.
