1/2 lg. onion
1T olive oil 1 sp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp gd. pepper
1 tsp each dried thyme, rosemary
34 C dry bread crumbs
2 lg. eggs beaten
1/3 C ketchup
1/6 C worchestershire
1/3 C chicken stock
1 sm can tomato paste
2-1/2lbs. gd. turkey

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Saute onions, oil salt , pepper thume and rosemary about 15min. Add worchestershire, stock, tomato paste and mix well. Cool

Combine turkey, bread crumbs, eggs, and onion mixture in lg. bowl. Mix well and shape on an ungreased baking sheet. Spread ketchup evenly on top. Bake 1 to1-1/2 hrs.

Put a pot of hot water in the oven, under the meatloaf, to keep the top from cracking.

I've spent a lot of time trying to find a great recipie for ground turkey and this is our families favorite. If your in a hurry don't worry about sauteing the onions.
