4 1/2 cups of sugar 25 cups of sliced apples
2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of nutmeg
1 tsp of salt
3 tbls. of lemon
1 cup of corn startch
2 to 3 drops of yellow food coloring

Bring to a boil put in clean jars.
Process @ 5lbs for 10 mins. or 35 mins in canner

I like to add a little more cinnomen and nutmeg to mine. to each their own. Great in Pies or Apple
