1/2 onion
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1/2 lbs of chopped clams
juice from clams
1 cup of chicken broth
1/4 chardonnay
1 Tbs. fresh parsleyt, chopped
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic over medium heat in some olive oil, in a sauce pan until onions are transparent.

Add broth, juice from clams and wine and bring to a boil for 10 minutes.

Add clams and turn off heat. Let sit for 2 minutes.

Serve over favorite pasta.

Don't forget to add the red pepper flakes!
