Meat Loaf:
2 slices bread, torn small or cubed
3/4 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 minced onion
salt & pepper
1 egg
1/4 c. BBQ sauce


Topping:
3 T. brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Tear bread & pour milk over. Add rest of meat loaf ingred. & mix well. Form into mound in baking dish. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour.
Make the topping and spread over the meat loaf during the last 10 min. of baking.
--You may substitute BBQ sauce for home made topping.
