4 ozs. Baker's German Sweet Chocolate
4 eggs, seperated
3 ozs. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 T. rum, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate over hot water on low heat. Don't allow it to cook. Beat egg yolks with electric mixer. Add sugar, melted chocolate, sour cream, and rum. Beat egg whites until stiff enough to hold peaks. Add slowly to chocolate mixture, folding with a spatula. Serve chilled.
