3 T. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 large clove garlic, minced
3 lbs. chicken pieces
3 green onions, in 1" lengths
1/2 c. chicken broth
Hot cooked rice (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
In non-reactive Dutch oven mix: soy sauce, chili powder and garlic.
Add chicken & green onions & stir to coat well. Marinate 1 hr. stirring occasionally.
Add broth, cover & simmer 1 hr. til chicken is tender.
Serve over rice.
You may thicken sauce with a little cornstarch dissolved in water & serve with the chicken or on the side.
