1 stick butter
1 bunch celery, washed, diced
2 lrg. onions, diced
10-16 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 T. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 T. parsley flakes
1 tsp. marjorum
2 to 3 T. rubbed sage
2 10 oz. boxes cubed bread herb stuffing (Mrs. Cubbison' Cube stuffing w/herb seasoning)

Melt butter in Dutch oven & saute onion & celery 5 min. Add mushrooms & saute til veggies are tender.
Add seasonings & mix well.
Place dried stuffing mix in LARGE bowl.
Pour wet mixture over dried stuffing mix and combine well. Mixture should be quite moist but not mushy. If not moist enough, add hot water or broth to moisten.
Stuff turkey, game bird(s) or bake in casserole(s) 325 degrees for 1 hr, uncovering for the last 10 minutes to brown/dry the top.
