1 1/2 c. sugar
3 T. flour
2 egg yolks
pinch salt
juice of 1 lemon & grated rind
1 1/3 c. boiling water
1 T. butter or gargarine
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar with flour in a medium sauce pan.
Add egg yolks, salt, lemon juice and rind. Mix well.
Whisk in the boiling water and butter. Cook over medium heat until thick.
-- good over Angel Cake !
