1 heaping c. sugar
2 eggs
3 T. melted butter
2 T. sour milk
2 c. flour sifted with 1 tsp. baking soda
3 ripe bananas mashed with a fork

Directions:
Directions:
Add ingredients in order, mixing well after each addition. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hr. in wax paper lined bread pan.
Test doneness with toothpick - some bananas are very moist & make the bread take a bit longer to bake.

Tip: To make Sour Milk just add a few drops of vinegar to the 2 T. milk in the recipe
