1 clove garlic, halved
3/4 c. beer
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded process Swiss cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
1 T. flour
dash Tabasco sauce
6 bagels, cut in bite size pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Rub inside of fondue pan with cut garlic. Discard. Add beer & heat slowly. Coat cheeses with flour. Gradually add cheese to beer, stirring constantly until mixture is thickened. Do not boil. Stir in Tabasco sauce. Serve with bagels for dipping. Broccoli, cauliflower & sugar snap peas are good, too.
