1 can ( 15 oz. ) asparagus cuts, drained
1 lg. tomato, seeded and chopped ( 1 cup )
1 med. onion, chopped ( 1/2 cup )
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp. reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 Tbsp. lime juice
3-6 drops red pepper sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 garlic clove, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Place asparagus in blender or food processor. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Stir together asparagus and remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
