Prepare like a pie dough and place in refrigerator over night. Roll out thin, cut into strips. Form into Figure 8's. Dip both sides in sugar. Preheat oven to 375º and bake for 10 minutes or until brown on bottom side. Dip in sugar again while cookie is still warm.
