2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together and cut in butter. Reserve 1 cup of this mixture. Beat eggs and milk (add 2 tsp. flour for high altitude). Quickly add to dry ingredients. Add vanilla. Pour into greased 9"x9"x2" pan. Sprinkle with cup of reserved mixture. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes or 350º for 45 minutes.
