1 T. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 + c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put yeast in warm water. Combine all ingredients; mix and knead for 3 min. Let dough rest and rise 10 minutes. Melt 1/2 c. butter and pour on a cookie sheet. Roll dough in floured surface and cut into 1 strips. Roll in butter and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with garlic salt and Parmesan. Let rise 10 minutes. Bake 350 for 20 minutes.
