1 T. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 + c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Put yeast in warm water. Combine all ingredients; mix and knead for 3 min. Let dough rest and rise 10 minutes. Melt 1/2 c. butter and pour on a cookie sheet. Roll dough in floured surface and cut into 1” strips. Roll in butter and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with garlic salt and Parmesan. Let rise 10 minutes. Bake 350º for 20 minutes.
