2 c. canned tomatoes (juice and all)
2 pkg. lemon juice
1/4 c. sour cream (I use milk)
1 c. salad dressing (mayonnaise or Miracle Whip)
2 T. grated onion
1 T. horseradish
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. diced cucumber, salted and drained

Directions:
Heat the tomatoes to boiling, add 2 boxes jello. Stir
until dissolved. Set aside to cool. Add sour cream and salad dressing. Blend well. Add remaining ingredients. Put in mold or a 9 x 9 inch Pyrex dish. Excellent with poultry and pork.
