1 lb. ground beef
2 medium onions chopped (can use minced)
3 cups tomato juice - I use a #2 1/2 can of tomatoes & a can of tomato sauce
1 T. worcestershire sauce
1 T. vinegar
1 tsp. salt; 1/8 tsp. pepper; 1 tsp dry mustard
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef & onion in skillet. Add remaining ingredients and cook covered until macaroni is done, about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally while cooking. I often increase the amount of ground beef and cook mine in my electric skillet.
