"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1 lb. ground beef 2 medium onions chopped (can use minced) 3 cups tomato juice - I use a #2 1/2 can of tomatoes & a can of tomato sauce 1 T. worcestershire sauce 1 T. vinegar 1 tsp. salt; 1/8 tsp. pepper; 1 tsp dry mustard 1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
Brown beef & onion in skillet. Add remaining ingredients and cook covered until macaroni is done, about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally while cooking. I often increase the amount of ground beef and cook mine in my electric skillet.
