1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 t. vanilla
unwrapped Hershey's chocolate kisses
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients & set aside. Cream butter 'til soft. Add peanut butter & sugars, mixing well. Add egg & vanilla. Then add dry ingredients Shape into 1" balls, roll in granulated sugar and place on a cookie sheet. Do not flatten. Bake at 375 degrees for 9 -10 min. While still on the cookie sheet plop chocolate kisses in cookie centers. Place on plate & refrigerate to stop kisses melting.
