1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 T. sugar
3 T. melted butter
16 oz. cream cheese
1 c. canned pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
4 egg, separated
3 T. flour
1 t. vanilla
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/4 t. salt

1 c. sour cream
2 T. sugar
1 t. vanilla

Crust: Combine crumbs, 3 T. sugar, butter. Press into 9" spring form pan, up sides. Bake 325 degrees for 5 min.
Filling: Whip whites, set aside. Mix rest, fold in whites. Turn into crust. Bake 325 degrees 1 hr. Cool.
Topping: Mix and spread over cheese cake. Bake 325 degrees 5 min. Refrigerate.
