4 c. flour
1/2 c. eggbeaters
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1 T. baking powder
4 c. cranberries, sliced
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. dried orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, soda, baking powder, sugar & dried orange peel. Combine eggbeaters, butter, orange juice and add to dry ingredients. Fold in cranberries. Bake in wax paper lined loaf pans at 350 degrees 1 hr. Refrig. 2-3 days to mix flavors.

If cranberries not avail: use 1 can whole berry sauce, reduce sugar to 1 c. and orange juice to
1 c.
