1 - Pound hamburger
1- small yellow onion, diced
1 - clove garlic, minced
1 - cup water
2- small can tomato sauce
1 - medium heas of cabbage, chopped
1- can red beans
salt & pepper to taste
1 - jalapeno petter, chopped ( optional)

Directions:

Brown hamburger with onion and garlic, add water, tomato sauce and cabbbage to other ingredients. simmer until almost done. add red beans and jalapeno peppers. salt and pepper to taste.
