1 Cup of Sugar
1 Cup of White Karo Syrup
1 T Butter
1 ½ Cup Peanut Butter (18 oz)
6 Cups Special K Cereal
½ to 1 cup chocolate chips (half bag)
½ to 1 cup of butterscotch chips (half bag)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, syrup and butter together in pan. Boil, and remove from heat.
Add peanut butter and cereal. Press mixture into buttered pan 9x13
Frosting:
Melt in chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a saucepan over low heat.
I like more frosting so I use 1 small bag of each kind.
Refrigerate. Take out 1 or 2 hours before cutting into bars.

These are wonderful and easy. I ate four the first time I tried them. They are super yummy.
