2 1/2 C. Sugar
1 C. Milnot
1/2 C. white syrup
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. red food coloring
3 C. raw peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and put in heavy pan or heavy skillet the sugar, milnot,and syrup; bring to a boil and add the peanuts. Cook 1 hour on low heat; remove from the fire. Add butter, vanilla and food coloring. Stir well. Pour into 3 greased pie pans. Cool. This makes better when the weather is dry.
