8 C. Ground pears
7 1/2 C. Sugar
1 C. Grape juice
1 C. Vinegar
1 Ground apple
1 gound lemon
1 ground orange
1 box raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves

Mix together and cook until tender. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
