3 c. oats 1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. brown sugar 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. butter 10 to 12oz. jar jam
Preheat oven to 400º. Combine ingredients-except preserves. Reserve one cup of mix. Press remainder in pan. Spread preserves to 1/2 inch of edge. Sprinkle in reserve mix. Bake 20-25 min. till golden on top. Cool and cut.
