1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. corn syrup
1 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan add butter, sugar, and corn syrup. For sticky or softer syrup boil for 1 minute. For crisper syrup, boil for 2 minutes. Add vanilla and stir. Pour over about 10 qt. of popped corn, mix well.

This make a lot of syrup, so I usually just do a 1/4 of the recipe for myself.
You can make rootbeer popcorn by using rootbeer extract instead of the vanilla.
