2 - 8oz. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. vanilla 2/3 c. sour cream vanilla wafers
Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Place one vanilla wafer in each cupcake holder and fill with mixture. Bake @ 350◦ for 30 minutes. DO NOT over bake. Refrigerate for a few hours.
