2 - 8oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. sour cream
vanilla wafers

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Place one vanilla wafer in each cupcake holder and fill with mixture. Bake @ 350◦ for 30 minutes. DO NOT over bake. Refrigerate for a few hours.
